What happens after we inquire?

How do we book?

Once you've decided we're the right fit, we'll send over everything you need to reserve your date.

This includes:
• Your proposal
• Your contract
• Your invoice

Once the contract is signed and the retainer is paid, your date is officially reserved.

How far in advance should we book?

Most couples book between 8 and 18 months before their wedding date.

Spring and fall dates tend to book the fastest, so we recommend reaching out as soon as you've secured your venue.

Even if you're still early in the planning process, it's never too soon to start the conversation.

What if we're not ready to book yet?

That's completely okay.

Whether you're ready to reserve your date or simply gathering information, we're happy to answer questions and help you determine if we're the right fit.

We believe booking your photographer should feel exciting, not rushed.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We know weddings are a significant investment and offer flexible payment options leading up to your wedding day.

Can We Get Raw Footage?

The wedding films we deliver are carefully curated and professionally edited to tell your story in the best possible way.

Absolutely.

We're based in Central Florida and regularly photograph and film weddings throughout Orlando, Tampa, St. Augustine, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Fort Lauderdale, and beyond.

Whether you're planning a beach wedding, a historic downtown celebration, a countryside venue, or a destination wedding, we'd love to hear about it.

Travel within our primary service area is included in many of our collections. For weddings outside of those areas, we'll provide a clear travel quote upfront so there are no surprises.
