What Details to Prep for the Morning of?

Having trouble deciding what details to prep for your photographer when they arrive?

Well, I can tell you what we like to have prepped and ready to go? We like to photograph the bridal details first, while you are in hair and make up still, so if you could have these all in one area, either in a bag or a box with handles for easy transportation (gotta find that good light!) that would be great! My second shooter will be photographing the groom details and I’ve listed those below too!

Here's the list of what I, as your photographer, would need from you:

• Bride’s dress*

• Bridesmaids’ dresses*

• Flower girl’s dresses, if you have them

• Pretty hangers for dresses

• Rings* (both her wedding ring and engagement ring, + his wedding band)

• Bride* + bridesmaids’ shoes

• Bride* + bridesmaids’ jewelry

• Perfume bottle (if the bride will be wearing)

• Bride’s headpiece/veil + bridesmaids’ hair adornments (flower crowns, etc)

• Bouquets*

• Boutonnieres*

• Stationery (invites, programs, menus, save the dates, seating cards, anything printed)

• Garter

• All Bride’s jewelry

Optional/Other ideas:

• Gift/letter from the groom to bride, vice versa

• Heirlooms/keepsakes

• Clutch

• Something old/new/borrowed/blue

• Gifts for the bridesmaids

• Gifts for the parents

• Any other details you would like photographed

• Anything that we can use to photograph details on that includes the color/theme

• boutonnieres

• cufflinks

• grooms shoes

• grooms watch, bowtie, pocket squares, belt,(any attire)
